When you submit the contact form on íon.ie, we collect:

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on íon.ie.

We use this information solely to:

• Provide quotes or proposals if you ask for them

Where it's stored

Your submission is stored in two places:

• Supabase — our database provider, hosted in the EU
• Resend — our email delivery service, which sends the reply on our behalf

Both providers are GDPR-compliant. The data does not leave their systems for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for 12 months from your last contact with us. After that, it is deleted.

If you'd like your data deleted sooner, email ionmediaeire@gmail.com and we'll remove it within 30 days.

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct any inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

AI-assisted responses

Replies to your enquiry may be drafted with the assistance of Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic. Your message is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a draft reply, which is reviewed before sending. Anthropic does not retain this data for training purposes.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be communicated by email if you've previously submitted an enquiry.
